Refund policy

The customer has the right to request a return of the product only if:
The product is damaged during transport or delivery.

Return conditions:
The return request must be made within 24 hours from the time of receiving the product.
The product must be kept in its original condition and accomplanied by the corresponding invoice.

Items must be unused.
After verifying the damage, the product will be replaced or refunded, as agreed with the costumer.
Products cannot be returned for other reasons, such as change of mind or personal dissatisfaction.
